The inspiration for Collyer & Co comes from several new ventures I’ve founded, whereby the business model required the ability to scale up and down to suit the project; hence, a community of experts approach.
Having worked this way in several countries, post my role as a Department of Education-appointed National Leader of Governance, I saw the opportunity to create an approach and solutions-based outcome to fixing the often imperceptible disconnect between strategy, leadership and governance, a development process enhanced by numerous director roles in the private sector and my experience of creating advisory boards.
